- How long is one lesson?
- You can choose a 30-minute trial lesson, a 45-minute standard lesson or a full 60-minute lesson.
- How do the packages work?
- Packages include 4, 8 or 12 lessons/hours that can be used within one month. If a lesson remains unused, it can be transferred to the next month with a €2 surcharge per unused lesson.
- How is payment made?
- After sending an enquiry, you will receive an offer by email together with the account number and payment details.
- Can I choose a trial lesson first?
- Yes. The trial online lesson lasts 30 minutes and is used to get acquainted, assess needs and agree on next steps.
- Cancellation policy?
- A lesson can be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise it is considered used.
- Do parents receive feedback?
- Yes. Parents regularly receive information about the student’s progress and recommendations for further work.
